Les particuliers, les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et les entreprises s’engagent de plus en plus dans l’enseignement public, parfois avec des projets de grande envergure. Certes, la collaboration des \u00e9coles avec des partenaires externes peut \u00eatre attrayante pour les deux parties, mais il n’en reste pas moins que des r\u00e8gles sont n\u00e9cessaires pour encadrer de telles coop\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’est dans ce contexte que le LCH et un collectif d’entreprises, de fondations, d’organismes responsables d’\u00e9coles, de Hautes \u00e9coles p\u00e9dagogiques et d’autres organisations se sont associ\u00e9s pour \u00e9laborer une charte sur le sponsoring dans l’\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’accent est mis sur les prestations gratuites, \u00e0 prix fortement r\u00e9duit et financ\u00e9es par la publicit\u00e9 externe, que les prestataires priv\u00e9s proposent aux \u00e9tablissements d’enseignement publics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La charte se veut un engagement volontaire de chaque protagoniste \u00e0 respecter certaines valeurs et r\u00e8gles de conduite, notamment en mati\u00e8re de transparence et de protection des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous invitons les organisations int\u00e9ress\u00e9es \u00e0 signer elles aussi la charte. Ce faisant, elles s’engagent \u00e0 respecter les normes formul\u00e9es. Le respect des normes n’est pas juridiquement contraignant; nous misons plut\u00f4t sur un dialogue constant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
